Brainspotting
For what lives in the body and does not shift through talking. The exhaustion, the reactivity, the anxiety that fires even when you know better. Brainspotting works at the level where it is actually held.
Relational Life Therapy (RLT)
For the relational patterns that keep showing up. Most did not start in this relationship. RLT is direct, gets to the root, and gives both people a real chance to change how they show up.
ACT
For the mind that never really switches off. ACT does not try to stop your thoughts. It changes your relationship with them so they lose their grip and what you actually want becomes clearer.

Individual Intensive Therapy vs Weekly therapy
Most therapists offer weekly sessions only. The intensive format exists because some people need to move faster, go deeper, or cannot fit weekly therapy to their lives right now. Neither is better. They suit different people at different moments.

the approach
Do I need to know anything about IFS before we start?
Not at all. Most clients come with no prior knowledge. The process is entirely guided and you will feel oriented from the very first session.
Is IFS only for trauma?
No. IFS is effective for a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship patterns and identity. It is as much a practice for living as it is a clinical modality.
How is IFS different from CBT or regular talk therapy?
CBT works with thoughts and behaviors. IFS works with the parts underneath them. Where CBT might help you think differently about a pattern, IFS helps you understand and transform the part that is driving it. The change tends to be deeper and more lasting.
Is IFS available online?
Yes. IFS works very well online and is available to clients in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and across Southeast Asia and worldwide.
