Therapy Retreats

The work, held in a space that matches its depth

Retreats in Bali and Jakarta

An intensive therapy retreat in Bali for individuals and couples who are ready to go deep. Away from the demands of daily life, with the time and space to do what weekly sessions rarely allow.

THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU IF

Who comes to Bali.

High achieving individuals, couples and mothers who arrive for different reasons.
What they share is readiness.

You are at a crossroads

A transition, a decision, a moment that feels too significant for an hour a week to hold.

You want to go deep, fast

You have done enough surface work. You want something that actually moves something.

You cannot wait for weekly

Time is limited. A concentrated block of days works better for how you live and travel.

You want to do it as a couple

A dedicated space away from home to work on your relationship, together and individually.

You need the environment

Bali is not incidental. The setting matters. Being away from your ordinary context is part of what makes this work.

You are ready to invest

Not just financially. In showing up fully. The retreat asks that of you and gives back in proportion.

WHY THE INTENSIVE FORMAT

Weekly therapy builds slowly.

Intensives compress that journey.

There is nothing wrong with weekly therapy. But for some people, at some points in their lives, compressed intensive work creates breakthroughs that would otherwise take months to reach.

WHAT THE FORMAT LOOKS LIKE

Immersive, continuous work. Designed around you.

No seven-day gaps. No starting over. Sustained, focused work in a place with no distractions and breakthroughs that would take months in weekly sessions.

BEFORE

Personalised workbook

Completed in the week before arrival so every session counts.

DAY 1

Data gathering

Your history, patterns and goals. Individual sessions for each partner if couples.

DAYS 2+

The deep work

IFS, RLT and Brainspotting. Paced to you. 9 hours or more across 1 to 2 weeks.

AFTER

Aftercare session

Online consolidation session 1 to 2 weeks after the retreat ends.

Every retreat is built around your situation.

Hours, pacing and focus are customised before you book. No two retreats look the same.

THE METHODS

IFS, RLT and Brainspotting in Bali

Three methods chosen because they work at a depth that standard talk therapy cannot reach. Used together, they address the patterns driving your behaviour, the parts of you running them, and what is held in the body beneath the surface.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Works with the parts of you in conflict. The one that cannot stop performing. The one that shuts down. The perfectionist. IFS helps you understand where those parts came from and what they actually need, so they stop running your life.

Relational Life Therapy (RLT)

Direct, honest work on how you relate to yourself and others. For couples it addresses the patterns keeping you stuck. For individuals it works on the relational dynamics that show up in every area of life.

Brainspotting

Accesses what is held in the body and nervous system, the things that talk therapy alone cannot reach. In the retreat setting, with no daily pressures pulling you away, Brainspotting can go further than it ever could in a weekly session.

PRICING AND HOW TO BOOK

Fully customisable. Priced on consultation.

Every retreat is built around your situation. Hours, format, focus, and total investment are all confirmed in your free consultation before you commit to anything.

Common questions about
the approach

What is a therapy retreat in Bali and how is it different from a regular holiday?

The setting is not incidental but it is not the point either. The retreat is a dedicated block of intensive therapy, a minimum of nine hours across your stay, fully customised to your goals. Being away from your ordinary environment is part of what creates the conditions for deeper work. But the work itself is what you are there for. It is not a holiday with a session attached.

Who is the Bali therapy retreat designed for?

Individuals who want to go deep, fast. Couples who want a dedicated space away from daily life to work on their relationship. People between chapters: a career transition, a decision, a moment that feels too significant for an hour a week to hold. What they tend to share is readiness. They have done enough surface work and want something that actually moves something.

How many hours of therapy are included in the Bali retreat?

A minimum of nine hours of therapy across your stay, but the exact format, duration and pacing are customised before you book. No two retreats look the same. Couples retreats include both joint sessions and individual sessions for each partner. Everything is confirmed in your consultation before any commitment is made.

What therapy methods are used in the Bali retreat?

IFS, RLT, and Brainspotting are the three methods used in the retreat setting. They are chosen because they work at a depth that standard talk therapy cannot reach. IFS works with your internal parts. RLT addresses relational patterns. Brainspotting accesses what is held in the body. In the retreat context, with no daily demands pulling you away, all three can go further than they would in a weekly setting.

Is the Bali retreat available for couples as well as individuals?

Yes. The retreat is available for individuals, couples, and small groups. Couples retreats include time working together and individual sessions for each partner. The structure is customised entirely around your situation and goals.

How much does the Bali therapy retreat cost?

Pricing is confirmed in your free consultation because the investment depends on the number of hours, the length of your stay, and the format that is right for your situation. Nothing is fixed or off the shelf. The consultation is where we design it together.
